Homeowners Association Board of Directors
The Homeowners Association Board of Directors is responsible for managing Village III. These responsibilities include:
Plan and provide capital requirements to ensure the reserves are sufficient to meet future needs. Capital requirements include maintenance and replacement of roofing, pavement, irrigation, and painting.
Monitor and update annual operating costs, stay current with relevant laws and regulations, and if needed, obtain legal advice.
Hire professional property managers to carry out daily operations, including landscaping, water and wastewater management, lighting, pest control, emergency response services, and homeowner inquiries.
Hold Annual and General Meetings to maintain communication with homeowners.
The Board has five directors who are elected to two-year terms by homeowners at the Annual General Meeting. All board positions are volunteer.

Villages Recreational Assocation
The Villages Recreational Association (VRA) oversees the property and amenities shared by all of the Villages. The five member VRA Board is made up of a representative of each Village. All pool, spa, greenway, walkway, tennis, pickleball, and basketball court concerns are managed by National Property Services. A portion of all monthly Villages HOA fees is dedicated to the VRA.

McCormick Ranch Property Owners Association
McCormick Ranch is the City of Scottsdale’s first premier master-planned community. It is home to 27,000 residents, 10 lakes, golf courses, 25 miles of multi-use paths, parks, resorts, shopping centers, a hospital campus surrounded by medical specialists and city municipal services.
The McCormick Ranch Property Owners Association (MRPOA) is committed to protect and preserve its aesthetic values. All of the properties within this Master Association contribute an annual fee to help manage the shared public spaces.
